1.Where is the location for Luxury Auctions and what is the working hours?
We are located at Hyatt Regency Dubai – Galleria second floor shop no 139A and working hours starts from 8 am until 11pm Saturday to Thursday
2.How are auctions held?
All auctions are held online which you could participate through our website www.luxuryauction.aeor through Luxury Auction mobile application.
3. Is there a fee to Register or participate in the auction?
It’s a free of charge registration
To place a bid on an item except carpet, you will require to place a refundable security deposit through our website or mobile application. The security deposit amount held by Luxury Auction is AED 1,000 AED.There will be a charge of AED 13 only and rest of your authorized block will be refunded which is AED 987/-.
To place a bid for carpet, you will require to place a refundable security deposit through our website or mobile application. The security deposit amount held by Luxury Auction is AED 10,000 AED.There will be a charge of AED 13 only and rest of your authorized block will be refunded which is AED 9,987/-.
In case you don’t win then the blocked amount will be reversed from our side within 48 hours. However, whomever wins then the blocked amount will be converted to sell and we also might inflate the amount.
4.How can I make a bid in the online auction?
Please follow these steps to make a bid:
1. Provide security deposit via credit card of 1,000 AED for bidding except carpet for carpets its AED 10,000. You will bid, we will deduct the payment as stated above. If customer will not win the bid, this amount will be reversed to the same credit or debit card from where the payment has been initiated, but there will be a charge of AED 13 for which the refundable deposit will be AED 987/- and for carpets AED 9,987/-
2. Find the asset you would like to bid on.
3. Place your bids and follow the auction.
4. After the auction ends, and you are a winner you will need to settle the whole amount and then choose your delivery preference by ether visiting us at Hyatt Regency Hotel – Galleria shop no 139A or asking for delivery within the UAE. Advance appointment will be required to serve you better.
5.I did not receive my activation code?
Please verify that you have used a correct and active email address during the registration process.

6.Which nationalities are eligible to participate in the auction?
All nationalities can register and bid on any asset
7.I forgot my username or password

8.What should I do if I face trouble in logging in?
Please send an email from your registered email id, for verification purpose please indicate your username and mobile number (as registered in the Luxury Auction account) and explain the trouble you face while logging in on firstname.lastname@example.org
9. Why should I pay the security deposit?
You need to pay a refundable security deposit to start bidding.
Your maximum bidding limit amount will be dependent on your security deposit amount. Your total bids cannot exceed your bidding limit amount.
10.How much is the security deposit?
AED 1,000 for each auction day for carpets its AED 10,000 and if you don’t win then your security deposit will be refunded after deducting AED 13 as service charge.
11.What should I do after paying the Security Deposit to be able to start bidding?
If the security deposit is made online through a credit card, it will reflect in your auction account and you will be able to bid immediately, subject to the authorization of the transaction by master/visa. Please don't close the payment page until you successfully complete the transaction.
12.Can I pay the security deposit by credit card?
Yes. You can pay your security deposit by credit card through Luxury Auction mobile application or website.
You can use your credit card to make the security deposit for all auctions except for Property Auctions.
Security deposit made online through a credit card will reflect in your auction account immediately and you will be able to bid, subject to the authorization of the transaction by master/visa.
To place a bid on an item, you will require to place a refundable security deposit through our website or mobile application. The security deposit amount held by Luxury Auction is AED 1,000/- except for carpets, for carpets its AED 10,000 and security deposit will be reversed within maximum of 48 hours from our side after deducting a charge of AED 13 and rest will be reversed back to customer card. Luxury Auction has the right to capture/utilize/charge the authorized transaction of security deposit for non-payment, auction participation and defaulting payment after winning the assets. Luxury Auction reserves rights to capture/utilize/charge the authorized transaction upto 30 days from the transaction authorization date. The customer will have no rights to dispute against the amount so captured/utilized/charged under any grounds. Auction charges or cancellation charges due to nonpayment of won assets will be at the discretion of Luxury Auction.
13. I am currently outside UAE, How can I pay the security deposit?
You can pay the security deposit by any of the following methods:
Credit card using our website or mobile application.
14.Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refunded if you do not have any outstanding with Luxury Auction. There will only be a deduction of AED 13.
15. How do I refund my credit card security deposit?
Your credit card pre-authorized deposit will be automatically refunded after 3-4 weeks from the transaction date, if you don’t have any outstanding balance.
Please note that when you make an online security deposit by credit card, our system will only block the amount from your credit card.
If the card issuing bank did not release the amount, please raise a dispute with the card issuing bank.
16. In case I bought an item, can I use my security deposit as a part of the invoice payment?
Yes, the security deposit amount will be adjusted in the final price agreed between Luxury Auction and the customer. Customer has to pay the remaining amount which Luxury Auction will debit after a customer win a product. However, if the payment doesn’t go then we shall ask the customer to settle the payment to acquire the product.
17. What should I do if my Security Deposit is not reflecting in my account?
If the security deposit is not reflected in your account, please email us the transaction details or transfer slip. Make sure to write down your username and mobile number (as registered in the Luxury Auction account) in the email.

18. What is pure sale bidding, on approval bidding and “Buy Now” ?
Pure sale means it’s a pure bid the final bidder will be the winner regardless the final bidding amount.
On approval means Luxury Auction have the right not to enable the final bidder to become a winner unless both parties have a matching rate. In case the matching rate is quite different then Luxury Auction might also won’t notify the final winner.
Direct sale allows you to purchase the number through our smart apps or website immediately without participating in an auction or requiring a deposit. Direct Sale is also referred to as Buy now.
19. What is the process to buy a item from the direct sale?
You must have an account with Luxury Auction to purchase an item from the direct sale. Creating an account. After creating your account, choose yourdesired item and click/tap on the item/items or the “Add to Cart” button. The item/items will be added to your cart and you will have 15 minutes to complete the purchase.The next step is to select the delivery address for the item/items in your cart. Once you have provided the delivery address, you can complete the payment using a credit card. After payment is complete you will see the successfully purchased items in your “My Purchase” screen. If using the mobile app, please do not close or leave the app till payment and item/items purchase is completed. If you leave or close the app, the item/items will not be sold for you. If you are using a browser, do not leave the website till payment and sale od item is complete; if you leave the website, the item may not be sold for you.
20. I made the payment, how will I know the process is completed?
Upon successful payment, the purchased number will be shown in your “My Purchase” screen.
You will receive an email and SMS on Registered email and phone number of the confirmation.
21. I do not want the products that I won during the auction?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. There are no refunds. Therefore, you are kindly requested to make sure that you are certain of what you are bidding on.
22.Is there any additional fees to price of the items?
Yes in case you are paying via credit card for the amount while visiting our shop, there will be a charge of 2.25% for national credit card and 2.60% for international credit card.
23. Do you ship all across UAE and international?
Yes, our courier partners deliver to all accessible areas of the UAE. For international we do under the responsibility of customer considering there will be a custom tax etc.
24.Is a deposit required to buy from the direct sale?
The deposit is only required to purchase from the auction. Direct sale does not require a deposit as the payment is done immediately.
25. How many items can I buy from direct sale?
There is no limit on the quantity of numbers you can purchase from direct sale if its available on our portal.
26. What methods of payments are accepted?
You can purchase items from the direct sale with a valid credit card.
27. Can I reserve the item in advance by paying a reservation amount?
No, reserve item not available in direct sale list.
28. What nationalities can buy from direct sale?
All nationalities can that.
